Manufacturing Building Expansion

GMA General Contractors was chosen to build a manufacturing/warehouse expansion for Jost International in Greeneville, TN. The pre-engineered metal building expansion is 250' x 75', connecting to the existing structure, with 20' eave heights. The new addition incorporates a standing seam roof and a white R-panel exterior complemented by 8" masonry walls.

To maintain consistency with the existing construction, bar joists are used as the secondary structural system. To better serve the company's logistics and distribution capabilities, this expansion will serve as a dedicated area to stage and prepare products for shipping.
