The building houses two indoor tennis courts, a fitness center, lounge area, a studio room for classes, and an attached lean‑to office building that supports daily operations.

The structure is built with an A‑Panel wall system accented by stone wainscot and detailing along the overhead doors. A LocSeam vertical‑rib standing seam roof provides long‑term durability and weather protection.
